I'm so happy with how this came out!
I've been wanting to draw Shin ware you could see the eye of foresight. That's the eye in the middle of his forehead. By the way this is the same guy from these pictures:
He originally had blue hare wen I first mad him but I've grown to dis like odd hair colors so I officially changed his hair color to brown. The reason it is blue in this pic is because I drew this for my sis and she likes him with blue hair.
Btw, He is the prince of the sky capital zenith so yes he is surrounded by clouds.
