Welcome to Machiavellya!
That's the cities name by the way....
Any way this was inspired by writing a back ground story for my OC Coral. Coral was a bodyguard to the second princess of Ento the capital city of the fire domain. The Salton ordered him to go guard prince Yuzuki in the City of Machiavellya. The Salton's reason for this was that Sarra the princess was falling in love with Coral despite the fact he was not nobility. (BTW Machiavellya is on "Earth" and Ento is a kingdom on the plaint Alter.)
This took FOR EVER but I say that for every thing. I'm still learning how to use Paint Tool Sai, every time I work on a big picture like this I figer out something new.
The first building took the longest to color and pin tool. the angle looks a bit off on the building but you now me I'm to lazy to fix it.

I really like this piece. You've done a marvellous job with both color and perspective. The image tends to lead your eye past the character and into the scene. Well done.
